Welcome to one of the finest state DARE organizations going.
One thing that makes this association so strong is the board. The longevity and commitment from the board members helps to keep the continuity of a strong organization, with great training and support for its members.
Speaking of members, our members are the backbone of what we stand for: “Quality people teaching our youth the importance of lifelong choices and the outcomes.”
With the current economy, departments are cutting Officers and some are cutting special programs such as DARE. This makes it that much more important that we as an association do our best to promote the value of our program. Quality classroom instruction, graduations and community interaction will go a long way in providing support to keep DARE going in your area.
If you have any questions or need some help, contact your area representative or any board member and we will do our best to help you out. This is your organization, stayed involved, reach out to other members and see what great things we can accomplish for our kids.
