Youth Representative Application
*Applications Due February 4, 2020*
YOUTH ADVISOR
1. The Youth Advisor Appointee shall be a high school student, preferably in 9th or 10th grade. The Youth Advisor shall serve on the Board through the 12th grade.
a. Attend meetings and State Conference
b. Be a voting member of the Board of Directors
c. Run the Role Model Program and events
d. Liaison between the Youth Coordinator and Role Models
e. Educate the Board of teen issues and trends
f. Share information from the National Youth Board
g. Be a guest speaker at the request of the board
h. Train and interview the incoming youth advisor.
*The Wisconsin D.A.R.E. Youth Advisor may have opportunity to work at the national level with D.A.R.E. America and will be eligible for $20,000.00 college scholarship.
